This project was to research and create an original article for the Stone Pier Press website. Stone Pier Press is an environmental and food focused publishing company, so the article had to fit within those themes. This article brings a new lens to garden weeds, giving readers information they can take immediately apply to their lives and their kitchens.

There’s nothing intrinsically bad about weeds. In fact, many of them are good enough to eat—including dandelions, purslane, nettles, and more.
