Solution: 🛠️
Trigger: When a new hire's Trello card moves to the onboarding list, automation begins.
Data Check: Verify new hire data in Baserow.
Updates: Update the Baserow entry to "Onboarded."
Communication: Send an email to HR confirming onboarding.
Resources: Email new hires a Dropbox link with essential onboarding resources.
