The goal of this project was to streamline and automate the onboarding process for new hires, reducing manual tasks for the HR team and ensuring that each new employee receives the necessary tools and resources in an efficient and timely manner.

Trigger: When a new hire's Trello card moves to the onboarding list, automation begins.

Data Check: Verify new hire data in Baserow.

Updates: Update the Baserow entry to "Onboarded."

Communication: Send an email to HR confirming onboarding.

Resources: Email new hires a Dropbox link with essential onboarding resources.
