Agile, Collaborative Development In just four weeks, we worked closely with executive leadership and the engineering team to rapidly prototype and test ARIA. We used an agile approach, iterating and refining the product based on constant feedback, ensuring it met the evolving needs of the product team.

Focusing on Usability and Speed The design and UX process focused on simplifying the user interface while ensuring that the underlying AI functionality was intuitive, allowing users to quickly retrieve data and make decisions without a steep learning curve. The Solution ARIA addressed the core issues by integrating AI and LLMs to provide portfolio and risk managers with faster, more accurate data extraction. The result was a tool that not only reduced the time spent on data navigation but also enabled quicker, data-backed decision-making. The prototype was unveiled at the annual user conference, receiving overwhelming positive feedback. The tool allowed financial managers to focus on what truly mattered—making decisions—by reducing the time spent on searching and interpreting large datasets. The launch also demonstrated the scalability of the tool, paving the way for future iterations and deployment across multiple teams and companies.
