Leading a team in developing and implementing multiple projects (from initiation to closure) in Northern Nigeria including medical outreaches to rural communities, school renovation, a project to improve the UI and UX of the organization’s website, and the creation of an engaging online presence for the organization within the triple constraints of time, budget, and scope, using the agile approach.
