Cupffee - B2B & B2C eCommerce redesign

A custom eCommerce platform that reshaped how Cupffee approaches their B2B funnel and B2C funnel, separating them into two different flows.

Goals

Improve conversions - Achieved 30% rise in quotes
Position Cupffee's brand as bio and ecologically oriented.
Develop branded cup functionality - Brought quotes that contribute to 25% of the total
Integrate with existing operations flows and Zoho ecosystem.
