As a part of my marketing management role at the leading IT recruitment company in Serbia, I needed to improve the company's brand awareness. I developed the founder's initial idea to interview the parents of successful people in the IT community and share their success stories with the rest of the world. Specifically, I created the series to target young people who were in college as they were the company's target audience. I organized the series to inspire them to get into the IT industry and give them some first-hand tips on how to succeed and how to continue after a failure.
