Project Overview
Built a system of AI-agents that enriches and classifies HubSpot leads using CrunchBase, external APIs, Data Scrapping, and Web hooks, to improve lead quality, CRM data quality and enable smarter sales prioritization.
Solution Architecture
A system of AI Agents orchestrated in n8n that:
Triggers on new or updated HubSpot leads
Scrapes Data
Runs a scheduler that automatically updates data daily via grouped batches.
Enriches company and contact data using CrunchBase and other APIs and Web hooks
Normalizes and validates firmographic data
Applies AI-based classification logic to:
Score lead quality
Assign lifecycle stage
Route leads to appropriate pipelines or owners
