When I joined the Masomo AI project, the goal was clear: build a platform that helps users learn efficiently without friction. The visual direction was already in motion, but the user experience still could still improve.
For this project I worked alongside the lead designer, stakeholders across France and Cameroon to ensure alignment on both design and local relevance. Reviewing the product’s experience layer, spotting gaps, untangling friction points, and suggesting flow improvements. My lens focused on making the platform feel more intuitive, especially for users unfamiliar with AI-powered learning environment.

What We Did

Mapped & refined user flows We revisited how users land, learn, and complete sessions—ensuring that every action felt purposeful. This led to tweaks in the onboarding, homepage logic, and session review flow.
Provided UI feedback rooted in UX principles Some early screens looked great but didn’t guide users well. I proposed layout changes that gave hierarchy to the right elements, especially on mobile.
Suggested interaction improvements For example, we swapped static text with progress-based cues in key areas to help users track learning goals without guesswork.

What we built

The final experience is light, focused, and clear. Every screen now answers the question: “What should I do next?” This clarity wasn’t just visual, it was strategic. Our collaboration ensured that Masomo AI not only looked polished but also felt right in use. Raising engagements by 60%
