The Impact Lab was a new department at Mission Edge that needed help with the following:
Establishing its brand presence and voice
Reaching funders with success stories and case studies
Reaching new business owners to join their free small business support program

Problem:

They had limited time and budget
They had little to no marketing experience
They weren't ready to commit to performance metrics, but they did have output metrics

Solution:

I guided them to decide on key monthly deliverables they could outsource that would help establish brand presence and voice:
I set up an easy-to-follow, repeatable process in Monday.com
I helped them outsource copywriting and graphic design to reliable freelancers

Outcomes:

The team reached their content output goals
The team saved time by outsourcing the copywriting and graphic design
The team decreased time in meetings by working and communicating in Monday.com within their defined/assigned deliverable window
