I led a complete redesign of a natural skincare brand looking to increase their conversion rates and optimize their really old store.
I worked with a UX/UI designer, creative director, graphic designer, and a web developer to bring it life.
I upgraded the store to the Pipeline Shopify theme and added custom sections inspired by other successful stores.
I also built the strategy for their product page with 3 benefits, a highlighted review, FAQs, how to use, and in the press sections for more added value.
I upgraded their cart and checkout process to include more upsells and cross-sells and we've since added similar technology to our email and sms marketing templates for predicted product recommendations.
I was about to optimize their conversion rate from 2.2% to 3.3% up 41% YOY
AOV climbed by 6% and store sessions increased by 33%
