Project Overview: I collaborated with Corodata to redesign their website, emphasizing user experience, modern design, and seamless functionality. The project focused on showcasing their core services, driving user engagement, and enhancing operational efficiency through robust online tools.

Enhanced User Experience: Simplify navigation and provide users with detailed, easy-to-access information about Corodata’s services.
Service Promotion: Highlight key offerings such as document storage, shredding, media vaulting, and scanning.
Customer Engagement: Facilitate quick service inquiries, support requests, and resource downloads.
Digital Transformation: Integrate tools like the Client Portal to enable smooth records management and billing.
Key Features Delivered:
Dynamic Service Pages: Created comprehensive pages for document storage, shredding, scanning, and media vaulting. Each page was optimized to educate users and encourage inquiries.
Interactive Tools:
A searchable location finder allowing users to locate nearby Corodata facilities by entering a ZIP code.
A downloadable Records Retention Guide with timelines for managing various document types.
Client Portal Integration:
Users can manage inventory, request files, track orders, and download invoices in real time.
Added secure payment functionality for enhanced convenience.
Content Strategy: Developed sections that align with Corodata’s value proposition, including:
Environmental impact (e.g., saving over 93,469 trees annually).
Compliance-focused solutions for industries like healthcare, legal, finance, and government.
User Feedback Integration: Showcased customer testimonials highlighting Corodata’s responsiveness and excellent service.
