SAT2 Trading Card System

An innovative way to incentivize productivity and improve engagement

With this new system managers within Amazon facilities would be able to reward employees for completing productivity goals and meeting efficiency expectations.

Employee Incentives:

Trade in cards for prizes! Prizes such as custom apparel, longer break times, priority VTO tickets, free lunch and more to come!

The cards are collectible and tradable between departments meaning having a multitude of unique cards would be rewarded with prizes at the end of the year.

Unique an rare cards can be earned throughout the year through special events such as holidays and manager ran events which would be worth more points to trade for higher point prizes.

Learning new paths! In order to earn cards from all departments you can train and learn new skills in other paths and also earn the respective and unique cards from each department.
