The client approached me with a website that consistently ranked well for competitive keywords through blog articles but experienced significant challenges with their product pages, which were built using Elementor. Despite having good content, these product pages ranked poorly compared to competitors with lower domain authority and fewer backlinks. The goal of this project was to conduct a thorough SEO audit to identify why these pages were underperforming and to recommend actionable strategies to improve their rankings.

Objectives

Identify Ranking Issues: Analyze why product pages built with Elementor were ranking significantly lower than expected, despite having good content.
Improve SEO Performance: Provide a roadmap for improving rankings, increasing visibility, and driving traffic to the product pages.
Enhance User Engagement: Ensure the product pages are optimized for better user experience, which could also positively impact rankings.

Key Strategies

Technical SEO Audit:
Conducted a full technical audit of the website, focusing on the Elementor-built pages to identify potential issues with page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
Checked for issues like crawl errors, slow load times, and excessive use of heavy media that could hinder performance.
On-Page SEO Analysis:
Analyzed the content structure, keyword optimization, meta tags, headings, and internal linking on the underperforming product pages.
Compared these factors against the higher-ranking competitor pages to identify any gaps in optimization, such as missing keywords, suboptimal title tags, or poor URL structure.
