I designed and developed a scalable directory platform where vendors, including wedding venues, event planners, hair stylists, fashion designers, accessories brands, and more, can list and manage their services, while buyers can easily discover, compare, and connect with them.

To enhance usability and growth, I implemented: Vendor onboarding and listing management workflows, User inquiry and contact automation, Search, category filtering, and service discovery optimization, Automated notifications and follow-ups.
