Effective branding is differentiation. It starts with a strong logo, but it’s so much more than that—it’s the sum total of who you are and how your customers perceive you. Brand permeates a company and every interaction you have with your clients.
I’ve managed hundreds of brands, from launching new ones to refreshing those of established businesses to merging multiple companies together. Each opportunity is a little different, but the process always begins with understanding who the company is at a visceral level.
This is a case study of a recent brand merger between four existing companies which included new mission/vision statements, logo, and an entirely new look and feel as well as a transition plan to retain as much equity in the existing brand(s) as possible.
