360 Hunting Blinds recently launched a new lead matching feature on their website, designed to efficiently connect potential customers with the most suitable dealer based on geographic location. To achieve this, we utilized Make and integrated it with the Google Distance Matrix API. This setup allows us to automatically match incoming leads with one of our hundreds of dealers across the country, ensuring that every potential customer is connected with the dealer closest to them.
Once the match is made, we facilitate the introduction, enabling the lead and dealer to establish a relationship on their own terms. This streamlined approach not only enhances the customer experience by reducing response times and improving local engagement but also positions 360 Hunting Blinds ahead of the competition by leveraging innovative technology.
By adopting this economical and efficient automation solution, 360 Hunting Blinds has effectively transformed its lead management process, offering a significant advantage in the competitive hunting blind market.
