The Challenge
Koru Impact needed a scalable, enterprise-grade digital platform to serve corporate clients and verifying bodies like Google for Startups. The goal was to build a "digital front door" that was multilingual, AI-integrated, and highly performant.
The Solution
As the Founding Software Engineer, I architected the platform from scratch using Next.js 15 and TypeScript. I didn't just build the frontend; I engineered a complete content delivery system.
Key Deliverables:
AI Integration: Built a custom CMS with an embedded Google Gemini chatbot and smart text editing for internal teams.
Global Architecture: Implemented a robust internationalization (i18n) system for English/Turkish localization.
High Performance: Achieved rapid load times using Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Turbopack.
DevOps: Authored ~300 commits in a 40-day sprint, establishing a hardened CI/CD pipeline on Google Cloud.
