Project Overview
Cleef Coffee is a community-focused coffee brand known for its warm atmosphere and fresh brews. This project is a web app designed to help the business create and share digital coupons to improve customer engagement and increase in-store visits
Design Goal
The main goal was to simplify promotions for the business owner while creating a smooth experience for customers redeeming offers. The platform focuses on clarity, speed, and ease of use.
My Role
I designed the full interface and user flow of the web app, including the coupon creation system, dashboard structure, and user experience to ensure the platform is simple and efficient for daily use.
Outcome
The final design helps Cleef Coffee boost customer engagement and loyalty through an easy-to-use digital coupon system that makes marketing more accessible and effective.
Log in : A simple and clean entry point for returning users to securely access their dashboard.
Dashboard: The central hub showing an overview of active coupons and key performance data.
Coupon History: A record of all previously created coupons, so owners can easily track performance and reuse past ideas.
