Development of Kleen Quote SaaS Platform for Cleaning Companies

Objective: The goal was to help cleaning companies stop losing leads due to slow manual quoting. They needed a platform where customers could get instant quotes, book services online, and where business owners could manage everything from one place.

Challenge: Most cleaning businesses were still handling quotes manually through calls, emails, or forms, which created delays and pricing mistakes. Potential customers often left before getting a response. On top of that, every business had different pricing models, services, and scheduling needs, so the platform needed to be flexible enough to handle all of that.

The Solution: I built Kleen Quote, a SaaS platform using Bubble.io that automates the entire quote-to-booking process. Customers can instantly get pricing based on service type, property size, frequency, and add-ons, then book available time slots right away. I also built an embeddable quote form for company websites, integrated Google Calendar, Calendly, and Stripe, and created separate dashboards for admins and cleaning companies to manage services, pricing, bookings, and subscriptions.

The Result: What used to take hours now takes seconds. Businesses can respond instantly, avoid manual pricing errors, and convert more website visitors into paying customers. It helped turn a very manual process into an automated system that can scale as more companies join the platform.
