In B2B sales, prospects have meetings, deadlines, internal priorities and dozens of emails competing for attention.
That's why a follow-up shouldn't simply say, “Just checking in.”
Give the prospect a fresh reason to respond:
→ Reconnect the conversation to their priority → Add a useful piece of information → Make the next step easy
One lesson I've learned from years of working with B2B customers: persistence works better when it brings value.
Good follow-up creates momentum. It doesn't create pressure.
What's one follow-up approach that has worked for you?
