Convoy was launching a new service, called Shipper Platform, for shippers to book shipments themselves on the spot market. The goal was to capture the market of small shippers who don't work with Convoy through an Account Manager.

Designed and led the implementation of a prepaid payment system, using Stripe and Workday, which reduced the risk of onboarding low-credit shippers onto the platform.
