The client was looking for a "clean, yet edgy" t-shirt design for their potential athleisure brand. Taking from their own inspiration and offering some avenues to explore, we settled on this design after the Sketch phase: A skull biting down on a weight-plate with the gym name on it, and a slogan "More Kilos, Less Egos," with strong typography surrounding it.
Bottom line: A powerlifting gym wants a dope t-shirt design. We were very much on the same wavelength for that part.
