We designed this Construction ERP dashboard as an agency deeply focused on clarity, usability, and decision-speed for high-stakes project environments. Our goal was to reduce cognitive load for site managers by organizing critical data—like project progress, safety metrics, budget utilization, and task statuses—into a clean, glanceable layout. Every component, from the live cost index chart to the weather badge, was crafted to support real-time decision-making and cross-team coordination. We prioritized visual hierarchy, intuitive iconography, and modular scalability to ensure the system works seamlessly across multiple site projects
