Revamp the program director’s academic portal

- I conducted observational research with program directors,
to identify their pain points and frustrations.
- Redefine and repurpose the program directors’ academic portal
for reviewing aspiring student application forms.
- We carried out usability testing with program directors to confirm
the validity of our new design decisions and direction.
- I collaborated with the technical and development team to
guarantee the effective execution of new designs.
- I made significant improvements to the style guide and component
library by adding new vibrant components and exciting features.
