Branding Strategy for IBM Building on IBM's early-stage employer brand guidelines, the challenge was to offer a deeper insight into IBM’s identity and their distinctive Employee Value Proposition. By pushing the boundaries of their existing brand guidelines, I was able to create an engaging brochure, a suite of dynamic assets, and a targeted social campaign—all designed to educate audiences and drive traffic to IBM’s website.
