Created a complete system for the issuance and management of health certificates used by the municipalities of the cities of Mecca and Jeddah, and was one of the very first government services to go online in the country. The system included a web portal, a kiosk system, and a printing management client. Was lead developer and architect, finally handing it off to a team of junior devs.
