As a QA Lead, I was responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases for MetroQuest’s web and mobile platforms. I led the quality assurance efforts, focusing on establishing formal QA processes, implementing automation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality and user experience. Through structured testing strategies and automation, I significantly improved test coverage, defect resolution, and release stability.
