The Super Admin is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the e-commerce platform, managing product listings, monitoring orders, managing customer data, and ensuring smooth system operations. This role has full access to analytics, order management, product categories, shipping rules, and revenue statistics to keep the platform optimized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Logistics Manager

Menu Actions: Shipping Rules

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage shipping rules based on location, product weight, or shipping methods.

Collaborate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Monitor shipment statuses, from order dispatch to successful delivery.

Assign roles to different team members, ensuring they have appropriate access levels.

Cart Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze abandoned carts to identify trends and reasons behind abandonment.

Implement strategies to recover lost sales, such as sending automated emails or offering discounts to customers who abandoned their carts.

Work with the marketing team to improve the checkout process and reduce abandonment rates.

Inventory Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the inventory levels for all products in the store.

Manage stock replenishment and forecast demand based on sales data.

Ensure products are available for sale and that low-stock warnings are addressed promptly.

Storefront Designer (UI/UX Manager)

Responsibilities:

Manage the look and feel of the e-commerce front-end interface.

Ensure that the store's user interface (UI) is both user-friendly and visually appealing.

Collaborate with developers and designers to implement front-end changes that enhance the user experience (UX).

Settings & Configurations Manager

Responsibilities:

Configure and manage the platform’s general settings, including payment gateways, tax settings, and other system configurations.

Ensure the platform is compliant with legal requirements, such as GDPR or other data privacy regulations.

Set up and maintain third-party integrations that enhance the platform’s functionality.
