Real-Time GoHighLevel CRM Sync & Team Notification System 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 The client struggled with keeping customer records synchronized between GoHighLevel and Airtable. Manual updates often led to outdated information, duplicate records, and inconsistent customer data across systems. Additionally, teams lacked visibility into contact changes, resulting in communication gaps and delayed responses to important customer updates. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 Developed a real-time CRM synchronization workflow in Make.com that automatically monitors contact updates in GoHighLevel and synchronizes them with Airtable. The workflow intelligently determines whether a contact already exists, updates existing records when changes occur, or creates new records when necessary. Slack notifications are automatically sent to keep teams informed of all customer record activities. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: The automation eliminated manual CRM updates, improved customer data accuracy, enhanced team collaboration, and ensured real-time visibility into contact activity. The client gained a reliable and scalable system for managing customer information across platforms.
