FIFA Confederations Cup and World Cup 2014 Chaired all activations related to business, in partnership with Visa (global sponsor).
Collaborated with and established strong working relationships with key stakeholders and +15 departments adhering to all project timelines, while maintaining quality and delivering the best products and services for clients.
Brand result: 2nd brand most associated with the global event, competing with traditional sponsors such as Coca-Cola and Mc Donalds, even in a layer of national support. Directly oversaw the integration of operations throughout Banking Products and Services with Visa and FIFA, leading a three-year project which impacted directly +3mm users (on-site).
