Strata Realty Partners is a real estate website designed for homeowners and buyers to explore properties and connect with the realtors. It is a real estate agency based in Los Angeles, CA, USA. The co-founders, Matthew Sillaman and Jay Fall, were very supportive throughout the project and helped make the whole process smoother.

The website focuses on a premium visual experience, a strata-inspired parallax effect, easy navigation, and a complete listings page. The whole website is fully responsive and works well on both desktop and mobile.

Since property listings are a key part of the website and many visitors will browse properties on their phones, it was important to make the experience work just as well on mobile.

The most important page of a real estate website is the listings page. The Strata Realty Partners listings page uses filters and a clean grid structure to make it easier for visitors to find the right property. The cards are designed to stay minimal while giving visitors the information they need at a glance.

The property details page was designed to give buyers a complete preview of each property, with all the key information they need in one place.

The goal was to create a website that makes it easier for buyers and homeowners to explore properties while giving Strata Realty Partners a strong and professional online presence.
