In the process of upgrading ADDX's technical platform, I identified and targeted issues within the onboarding journey that were leading to high user drop-off rates, significantly impacting our conversion and acquisition metrics.
To address this, I implemented strategic feature enhancements, focusing on simplifying and streamlining the user experience. These changes not only made the onboarding process more intuitive but also resulted in measurable improvements in user engagement and retention, ultimately boosting overall performance metrics for the platform.
