In the process of upgrading ADDX's technical platform, I identified and targeted issues within the onboarding journey that were leading to high user drop-off rates, significantly impacting our conversion and acquisition metrics.
To address this, I implemented strategic feature enhancements, focusing on simplifying and streamlining the user experience.
