In 2021, I joined Shiftsuite, a leading Condo Management Software Company, as the sole UX/UI Designer. Over a nine-month period, I led the redesign of their platform, implementing a structured design process and conducting extensive user research to enhance usability. I developed a comprehensive design system and design kit, ensuring consistency across the platform and facilitating better understanding among Engineering and Product teams. By categorizing platform features into broader epics, I provided clear visibility into critical usability areas, enabling effective prioritization and roadmap development. Post-implementation, the platform experienced a significant reduction in service desk complaints and received positive user feedback on the streamlined configuration process. Key takeaways from this project include the importance of a strategic MVP launch, continuous user testing, and early engineering engagement in the design process.
