un espejo, un mapa o un laberinto”.
The image is patient. When you find it,
it offers you a mirror, a map, or a labyrinth.
This photobook is a visual and poetic interpretation of the photographer’s
core concept shared above.
I was drawn to this idea, and so I led the team to use it to shaped both the message and the creative direction.
Photo sequencing
We made multiple dummies/prototypes simply with paper and glue. This helped us to determine the sequence of photos and the rhythm of the book.
CREATIVE CONCEPT
“La imagen es paciente. Cuando la encuentras,
te ofrece un espejo, un mapa o un laberinto”.
The image is patient. When you find it,
it offers you a mirror, a map, or a labyrinth.
The sequence ends with a hidden folding page that reveals a poem.
Concealed until the final moment, it invites the reader to engage actively
with the object, reinforcing the theme of discovery.
