HR Analytics Dashboard

This interactive HR Analytics Dashboard was developed in Microsoft Power BI to analyze workforce performance and employee trends. The dashboard provides insights into employee headcount, attrition rate, department-wise performance, salary distribution, gender diversity, age demographics, and recruitment metrics through dynamic visualizations and interactive filters. Data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, while DAX measures were used to calculate key HR KPIs. This project demonstrates my ability to convert raw HR data into meaningful business insights that support strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
