Identify Wiz.ai's close competitors. This was done by researching industry reports and analyzing Wiz.ai's search engine results pages (SERPs).

Collect social media data. This was done using a social media monitoring tool to track mentions of Wiz.ai and its competitors on Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Analyze the data. This involved identifying the number of mentions, the sentiment of the mentions, the most popular topics, and the most influential users.

Identify backlinks and content formats. This was done by analyzing the websites that were linking to Wiz.ai and its competitors, and by identifying the most popular types of content that were being shared.

The client was able to use the data to improve its strategy for Q4 2023, having clarity about the content pieces they can incorporate to increase brand awareness, as well as influencing their backlink strategy to gain a better online presence.
