LINC is a school assessment, consultancy, transformation, and professional development solution designed to guide schools and teachers into successful teaching and learning in the 21st century.
The goal of the project:
Our client sought a solution to elevate professional development both at the organizational and individual levels. This encompassed implementing professional goal setting, facilitating continuous professional learning, and automating services currently reliant on subjective human processes. Additionally, we aimed to introduce a distinctive, micro-credentials-based system that individuals could access and own to further enhance their personal growth and skills.
Utilizing personas enables us to establish roles and user profiles within LINC's learning platform. The client actively participated in this process, collaborating with us to comprehensively review and refine each profile.
