When we started this project, the main challenge was creating a design that captured the lively and authentic feel of New York-style cuisine while keeping the website user-friendly and scalable for future updates.

The previous website was poorly optimized, resulting in slow performance and user frustration.

The layout lacked consistency, making navigation and user interaction less intuitive.

There was no established design system, leading to a fragmented visual identity.
