In order to help these struggles, the researchers proposed to create a product called "Emotionary". This product is an activity book that uses art therapy to help creatives, students, and anyone who may need a creative outlet to release emotions that they normally cannot express through words. It provides a variety of activities with creative prompts and exercises to help them destress with also spreading awareness to a streotype within the creative industry that is linked to mental health and help refute it. While Emotionary is not intended to replace any medical care or counseling that an individual may need, it may help many understand that having a creative hobby may help aid one's mental health.
