At the heart of this inspiration lies the Colombian flag, embodying national pride and cultural identity that resonates within the city's techno scene. This is vividly personified through images that encapsulate Bogotá's raw, edgy music culture, melding traditional elements with modern electronic rhythms. The design aims to not only visually captivate but also enhance user interaction, embodying an aesthetic that is both engaging and functionally intuitive, mirroring the spirited fusion of Colombia's techno world.
Color & Typography
Vibrant Colors Reflecting the Energy of Bogotá's Techno Scene ‍ ‍In the heart of Bogotá's dynamic techno scene, color is more than just a visual element; it's a narrative. My color palette draws inspiration from the vibrant hues of the Colombian flag, symbolizing the energetic pulse of the city's nightlife.
#ED4036 (Vibrant Red): This fiery red symbolizes the passion and energy inherent in Bogotá's techno scene. It's a color that commands attention, embodying the lively spirit and excitement of the city's nightlife.
#FFE603 (Bright Yellow): Reflecting the city's vibrant street life and the joyous spirit of its people, this bright yellow adds a burst of energy and optimism to the design.
#11185E (Deep Blue): This dark blue provides a strong foundation for the palette, representing the depth and richness of Bogotá's cultural heritage. It balances the brighter tones, adding a sense of sophistication and mystery.
Typography: A Blend of Tradition and Modernity ‍ ‍My typographic choices mirror the fusion of Bogotá's rich cultural heritage with its modern techno beat.
Krona One: This sans-serif typeface is used for headlines, embodying strength and modernity. Its sharp, clean lines mirror the cutting-edge nature of the techno scene.
Lato: For body text, I've chosen Lato for its readability and versatility. Its humanist character echoes the inclusive and diverse spirit of Bogotá's techno community. I employ various weights and sizes to ensure clarity and hierarchy in our content:
Lato Regular 40 for primary headings
Lato Regular 27 for secondary headings
Lato Regular 18 for body text
