This project began as a challenge to replicate a Framer website template using only WordPress and Elementor. The goal was to match the visual polish and user experience typically associated with Framer, while working within the constraints of a different platform.

What started as a straightforward design replication quickly evolved into a more ambitious undertaking. Beyond recreating the original layout and interactions, the project introduced an additional feature not present in the original template: a fully functional light and dark mode.

Implementing theme switching proved to be the most complex aspect of the project. Unlike Framer, Elementor does not offer native support for dynamic theme toggling in the desired way. To achieve this, custom logic was developed to manage CSS variables, handle user preferences, and ensure a seamless experience across all pages.

The process involved extensive testing and problem-solving to maintain consistency and performance throughout the site. Ultimately, the project demonstrated that with a deep understanding of available tools, it is possible to overcome platform limitations and deliver a polished, feature-rich result.

This experience reinforced the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in development, highlighting how challenges can lead to meaningful skill growth and expanded capabilities within WordPress and Elementor.
