The objective of this project is to gather valuable insights from EV owners and identify the specific problems they encounter within the EV charging ecosystem. By understanding these challenges, my aim is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the pain points faced by EV owners. This will enable me to propose potential solutions , help them the customer and manage their tasks more easily.
