Mobile App for a Local Dental Clinic This is a mobile app concept designed to simplify the patient journey before, during, and after a dental appointment. The experience covers appointment booking, specialist discovery, visit management, and secure access to medical records in one intuitive interface. The Problem Managing dental care often involves multiple disconnected touchpoints: calling the clinic, booking appointments, tracking upcoming visits, and storing medical records. Existing solutions can feel complex, information-heavy, and difficult to navigate - especially for families managing appointments for multiple patients. The Goal Design a calm, intuitive mobile experience that makes dental care easier to manage. The app focuses on quick communication with the clinic, effortless appointment booking, transparent visit information, and organized medical records, helping patients feel more confident throughout their healthcare journey.

The design process began with understanding patients' needs, frustrations, and behaviors to ensure every feature addressed a real user problem.

Research identified several recurring challenges: difficult appointment scheduling, fragmented medical records, and uncertainty before and after visits.

Meet Margaret - a busy mother managing dental appointments for herself and her children. She values speed, clarity, and the ability to organize her family's healthcare in one place.

Mapping Margaret's journey helped identify pain points and opportunities to simplify each stage - from booking an appointment to accessing treatment history.

The home screen provides quick access to the most common actions, including booking appointments, viewing upcoming visits, and contacting the clinic. A dedicated "Need help booking?" bottom sheet allows users to call the clinic, request a callback, or send a message in just one tap.

Patients can browse all specialists or open a detailed doctor profile with experience, ratings, services, and consultation fees before scheduling an appointment.

A simple step-by-step booking flow guides users through selecting a date, choosing a patient, adding optional notes, and confirming the appointment with a clear success screen.

The profile serves as a central hub for personal information, family members, and upcoming appointments. Patients can quickly reschedule or cancel a visit from a contextual action sheet.

Past appointments are organized in a clear timeline with detailed visit summaries, treatment notes, diagnoses, and payment information for easy reference.

Clinical information is organized into dedicated sections for imaging, scans, treatment plans, and laboratory results. Users can preview documents and easily download or share them when needed.
