I designed a comprehensive multi-tenant Human Resource Management System (HRMS) dashboard platform with a modular and scalable architecture. The system is built to support end-to-end HR operations across multiple organizations, ensuring data isolation and flexibility for each tenant. It includes core functionalities such as organization and employee management, attendance and leave tracking, recruitment and performance management, training and development, payroll processing, asset management, internal announcements, and advanced reporting and analytics. The platform is also designed with customization capabilities, role-based access control, audit logging, and system-wide configurations to support enterprise-level use cases and long-term scalability.
