Seamless Beauty Shopping Experience Design

1. Understand & Research Started by exploring how people shop for beauty products online—what builds trust, what frustrates them, and how they discover new items. I looked at top apps like Sephora and Nykaa to identify gaps and opportunities.
2. Define the Experience I mapped out user goals like finding the right shade, comparing prices, and checking reviews. From there, I shaped clear user journeys that feel smooth and personal.
3. Wireframe & Test Early Created quick sketches and low-fidelity wireframes to test the flow—especially product discovery and checkout. Early feedback helped refine what really matters on small screens.

4. Craft the Visuals Focused on a clean, elegant aesthetic—soft tones, modern typography, and calming visuals that feel premium yet approachable. Every UI element reflects the idea of self-care and confidence.
5. Prototype & Iterate Built a clickable prototype in Figma to simulate real shopping. After testing with users, I refined interactions and micro-moments to make the experience delightful and effortless.
