Introduction

The Organizational Leadership program at Arizona State University covers a wide array of core leadership competencies. Over the course of my three semesters at ASU and in this program, I have gained knowledge and experiences which have given me a firm grasp of these competencies which I have applied in the works linked below. Each of these core competencies are critical aspects of successful leadership in the organizations of today.
Leaders are change makers that light the way towards the future in an ever-changing world. Leaders are the torchbearers, the storytellers, mentors, innovators, and thinkers. These competencies include project management, team dynamics, strategy, innovation, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and empathy. Each of these competencies are necessary for successful leadership.
