Handwritten card order form

Anastasiia Yermolaeva

Order form for handwritten cards

A redesigned flow for ordering personalized handwritten cards created by a pen robot. The form is used to send cards in bulk, with the option to customize text segments for each recipient.
The original experience was outdated, hard to navigate, and didn’t allow going back and editing once you moved forward. The new version breaks the process into four clear steps, adds helpful guidance, and simplifies everything from layout to labels.

Step 1: Compose message

Type a message once and personalize it using smart text segments.
Step 1: Compose message

Step 2: Import data

Upload a pre-filled template with names, addresses, and text segments.
Step 2: Import data

Step 3: Validate

Check your data and get feedback before going further.
Step 3: Validate

Step 4: Preview & verify

See exactly how each card will look before sending. Includes real-time previews with segment-filled messages.
Step 4: Preview & verify
This redesign involved digging into the business context, understanding the user base, and building the full structure — from layout to microcopy.
The new flow aims to reduce friction and make the whole process easier and more human.
All design was created in Figma and animated using Figma prototypes.
