Built an AI Email Booking Agent in n8n to automate appointment scheduling and email communication through an intelligent, context-aware workflow.

The system automatically monitors incoming emails and uses an AI agent to understand booking requests, identify relevant details, and determine the appropriate action. Instead of relying on fixed rules alone, the agent can interpret natural-language messages and coordinate the steps required to manage scheduling conversations.

The workflow connects the AI agent with Gmail and Google Calendar, allowing it to process booking-related emails, create calendar events when appropriate, and generate personalized email responses. It can also maintain conversation context so follow-up messages can be handled as part of the same booking process rather than treated as isolated requests.
