GOAL-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT

Starting in June 2022, Dotte Com brought me on to pursue a goal of 10k followers on Instagram by June 2023. When brought on, Dotte Com had 3,069 followers. Due to my efforts, the acclaimed drag performer has gained 2,235 followers in two months. We have reached 53% of our goal with ten months to go.

ENFOCUS ASSESSMENT PLAN

Social Media Management starts with an Enfocus Assessment Plan that assesses the talent's current presence with the outlets best suited to broaden their reach. This plan maximizes impact while conserving energy for the talent to continue content creation with longevity in mind.

TIKTOK

With such a wide reach, tiktok is the best app for exposure. I created a list of content ideas leading to Dotte Com going viral twice. The first video continues to grow with over 650K views and 136K likes. The second reached over 240K views and 42K likes.

While Tiktok growth is not the goal, this exposure led to a significant bump for Dotte Com on Instagram.

INSTAGRAM

While continuously managing Dotte Com's stories and posts, I also utilized Adobe Premier Pro to edit performance footage for Instagram Reels. This involved using editor and sound mixing features as well as motion tracking to keep Dotte Com in frame at all times.

YOUTUBE

Dotte Com desires to also share content on Youtube that includes full performances and make-up tutorials. For these videos, I use Adobe Photoshop to create thumbnails.
