Launched Uber Taxi Product in Naples helping to scale the service from zero with brand awareness activities, complex negotiations with Taxi representatives, and targeted marketing activities to onboard new drivers and stimulate the user base. I was also in charge of key account management activities where I had to take care of the biggest fleet owners of the country - growth plus operational coordination.
